Colas Portsmouth were awarded the PFI highways maintenance contract in 2005 until 2029 in partnership with Portsmouth City Council. We are responsible for the management and maintenance of the City's highways infrastructure. Find out more about the services we offer below.

Apply for a licence or permit
We provide permits for vehicle crossing, oversailings, entrance markings, materials and scaffolding on highways. Fill in one of our forms to submit your permit.
